ISSA Art Van: Tour of France, Personal Congratulatory Letter from President Macron

The ISSA Art Van project was first launched in France, led by Usine Utopik, a French contemporary art center

 directed by ISSA France member Xavier Gonzalez.Since 2023, more than 7,700 students from over 90 schools

have benefited from this traveling exhibition, with a tour distance of over 1,000 kilometers.

This project aims to bring art directly to rural schools, letting children experience art from an early age. 

About 2,200 more students will join the project in the 2025–2026 school year.French President Emmanuel

 Macron has praised and recognized this initiative, as it actively promotes equal access to culture and helps 

develop children’s creativity.
