ISSA Secretary General meets with Davor Pranjić, Vice President of Republika Srpska BiH, Dorde Milicevic, Mayor of Šamac

During the International Sculpture Symposium 2025 Kornica, the Secretary General of the International Sculpture 

Symposium Alliance, Liu Yang, and others met with the Vice President of Republika Srpska, Dr. Davor Pranjić, 

at the People's Council of Republika Srpska, in Banjaluka, and the Mayor of Šamac, Dorde Milicevic, in Šamac, 

respectively. The topics discussed in the meetings included; the inauguration of the sculpture for the 30th anniversary 

of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the development of ISSA 

over the past ten years, the situation of ISSA's station in Bosnia and Herzegovina this year, as well as future 

exchanges between the professional art schools in China and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and many other aspects.

The meeting also included Petr Luso, President of Kornica Sculpture Symposium, Eva Luso, member of the 

organization, Antonio Džolan, member of ISSA Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liu Qin, member of the Executive Committee 

of ISSA, and the Chinese artists Qiao Qian, Tan Wei, Huang Yunchang, Qiao Chong, Xiao La, and Chen Runyu. 

At the same time, Liu Yang visited Mr. Mićo Perčunić, President of the Croatian National Council, as well as 

Mr. Jelković, Mrs. Kovac and Mrs. Biberović with Mr. Perčunić and Dorde Milicevic, Mayor of the city of Šamac, 

where the sculpture symposium was held.
