(1967,Ankara) Varol Topaç obtained his bachelor degree from Anadolu Universty, Faculty of Fine Arts, Sculpture Department and his master degree from Dokuz Eylül Universty. He worked as a member of faculty in different Universties between 1999 – 2012. He produced monumental sculptures in different countries, he participated more than 30 International sculpture symposiums. He won 15 national and international awards, participated many exhibitions. His works were accepted to numerous collections.

Topaç is member of International Association of Plastic Arts from Unesco and International Sculpture Symposium Alliance as well as representative of International Association for Monumental Sculpture Events on behalf of Turkey. He is continuing his work as a sculptor and coordinator of Minister of Culture and Tourism Izmir State Painting &Sculpture Museum and Kültürpark Art Gallery.

He continue to do kinetic art, sculpture and nature-earth-environmental art as a (founder), member of Patikaart group.
