Introduction

Archil Didishvili

08 March 1988 – was born. Native Georgian, from Sukhumi, Georgia. 

2002-2011 – studied at the Art school of Leonid Bashkov in Saint-Petersburg, Russia

2006 – entered the St. Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design, the Department of Interior and Equipment, course: Monumental and Decorative Art

2009 – switched to the Department of the Monumental and Decorative Sculpture, course: Interior Design

2013 – as a part of the creative team worked under the mosaic panel “Argos” (30 sq m), Yevpatoria, Crimea, Ukraine

2013 – took part in the International Sculpture Symposium in Gyumri, Armenia with the sculpture “Ancestor’s birth”(2,40 m). The sculpture installed in the central park of the city.

2013 – honored with diploma in the International Exhibition “Form, Space, Man”(St. Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design), sculpture “Head”(gyps, wood, 60X20sm)

2014 – graduated with honors from the Department of Monumental and Decorative Sculpture. Thesis topic: “The park complex dedicated to the King David IV, ‘The Builder’”  

2014 – as a part of the creative group participated in the mural painting of the monumental panel at the entrance to the town of Pechory, dedicated to the Pskovo-Pechersky Dormition Monastery       (16 sq.m., oil, metal)

2015 – member of the Union of Artists, St. Petersburg, Russia 

2016 – participated in the International Sculpture Symposium in Stavropol, Russia with a sculpture “The Angel”(3 m)

2017 – took part in the International Sculpture Symposium in Stavropol, Russia, with a sculpture “The Philosopher’s stone” (3,5 m)
